Shipping & Returns

Our delivery service is available for the following countries: UK, USA, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Congo, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Honduras, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea , Malaysia, Netherlands, Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, etc.

Please confirm your shipping address before you pay for it, your phone number is required. Items are usually shipped within 2 business days after your payment.

You will never be in the dark about the status of your order. A tracking number will be sent to you right after your package shipped. Package transit time normally takes 7-10 working days, depending on destination. If you live in rural areas, it may take one or two more days. Holiday, strike, war, and other non-artificial factors are outside the control of postal service.

Our working day is from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping fee will be converted to the local currency based on your choice, no matter how many pairs you purchase in your order. The shipping fee will be auto-added in the grand total when you send payment.

Your right to cancel

Return

All the products are checked carefully before delivery. Please let us know your problems email any question can not be fixed by yourself.

All products in our website could be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in good condition and in new condition. Please note that once your return items are received and found dirty or worn, these items will be sent back to you. Please contact us before you do that, and wait until you get our response.

Shipping fees, all duties, taxes and extra charges for international exchanges are to be paid by the customer, except for the defective item, we ship. Please send us a mail tracking number once the parcel is sent. We are not responsible for returned products lost in the mail.

Shipping is not refundable. 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. If the items are Non-quality problems, customers need to add postage for exchange delivery fees. Sending your package back

Repack your unused item in its original packaging. Include a reason code on the packing slip for each item you wish to return.
